I didn't see the Animated series so I don't know much about other than some of the previous VAs from.G1 were brought back. Calling him "Giant Hammer" is pretty funny but he does have a giant hammer. Although a giant hamner can reference something else too. Then again MS call their Dinobots: Tyrannosaurus, Brontosaurus, Triceratops, etc.

I have this guy on my shelf with NA Ymir Toon and Toy versions. By far the scariest to manipulate but easily one of the best looking legends class figures.

The figure looks great, but I have been concerned about the hat since the beginning of the project. I hope they improve the hat before shipping. It looks and obviously fits way too big. His hat is one of the most important aspects of his appearance and was worn 95% of the time in the cartoon. It has to be right. I'm shocked they didn't go with a head with the hat sculpted on, and one without. 🤔 Everything else looks great, but the hat looks weird. I pre-ordered mine and am happy we have this figure being produced.

His inside lower legs aren't red. It's a shame because the package art shows it red.

So glad I ordered this. Been following Ramen Toy for awhile but this will be my first purchase and looks like I picked a good first figure.

Delighted we are getting a beavestarr..I'd have preferred a smiling headsculpt and a brown poncho tho..but looking forward to him and especially 30 30!

It looks so good. I wish you had put the white armor on him. But the blue armor looks cool. I can’t wait to see a final product

It’s a cool figure for sure. I passed only because at best I’m a mild fan of Bravestar enjoyed the series but not one of those properties I loved.

I pre-ordered mine. Can't wait.

Can't wait for this guy to arrive. Awesome looking figure. Only thing that bothers me is the belt sitting too high and the loose hat.

I remember seeing the cartoon. But I don't remember Bravestarr wearing a visor or a poncho. I do remember Bravestarr and his deputy were the only humans on the planet for some reason. Everyone else was a purple, blue or orange alien and some little fuzzy aliens. It has been a long time since I saw the cartoon. The original toys had a cap firing gimmick, but this gimmick went from the late 80's to early 90's. Bravestarr, COPS, and Robocop were the lines I remember seeing with the cap firing gimmick. There may have been more but it was a long time ago.

I've seen Joy Toy figures on Amazon mainly W40k figures, but also some dioramas/sets. Those dioramas/sets seem to be scaled for 7" figures since there is a line of figures with mech suits tgat seem to be intended for. Still, this is a neat vechicle. That's a lot of detail for something that is for smaller scale figures.

I know this is an early look, but Ace has done a fantastic job with this figure! Love how well the poncho is molded to fit

Update via Ramen Toy: The rifle, Medallion and Crystal were bonuses for Pre Ordering via Ramen Toy directly. The Crystal also splits into two pieces. The two heads in this sample are identical. The heads WILL be different in the final.

Ramon Toy is doing a great job with their releases. If I may say please, I would have preferred a wired cloak sorry. Great review Kato. 🙂
